Last Saturday we went to Grady's 2nd birthday, we had a blast and it was all about construction. Sister Samantha stayed with Dad and you and Mom went to the party. You really enjoyed getting on the bouncer and going up and down the slide with him. We had awesome carrot cupcakes and It looks like Grady got really neat presents. You and I picked a fish bowl and pair of goldfish for him. We hope that he likes them.

Day At the Park
On Sunday we went to the Pelican Point playground with Grandma, we were the only ones there. You guys had lost of fun with the sand en going up and down the slide (again). Alexandra, you really enjoy the swing, you want to go really really high, and you Samantha are getting there. You guys really like to have fun and are not afraid.

Little Gym
We have resume classes with the little Gym. I started to take you Alexandra when you were only 10 months. You actually liked it but I didn't think it was worth it, you just were too young. Now, as I see you jumping on the couch and bouncing everywhere I noticed that you were more aware of your body and that you really enjoyed exercising that way. You love to go to a place called
Jump-n-Jive, they have huge bounce inflatables and tall slides. Again, Alexandra you are not afraid and you truly enjoy going up and down the big slide. Samantha and I had gone up the slide and have come down together, you also like it Samantha. Daddy has been telling me to take you back to the little Gym but I had my reservations. I didn't know how I was going to handle both of you, but like anything else you adapt and people are very understandable. I am able to take Samantha with us and let her roam around the gym, thanks to the owner Erin for being so flexible.

Kite Festival
You guys will notice that we try to do more things spear of the moment, I think it helps us to get used to be flexible. Last minute we decided to go to the kite festival in Port Allen. We took you Alexandra last year when you were 17 months and you really liked it. This year we were glad to have Samantha with us. We also had the Elashry family with us, well almost the whole family. Dad Elashry had to work that day, we had fun but we missed him too. Opa was also able to come with us. We missed Ama as well, we hope she enjoyed Beth Moore. This year I was a little bit more prepared, Dad and I put a picnic basket together! I think the Kite Festival has become a spring tradition for us. We would also like to do a Strawberry Patch and the blueberry patch, although I think the blueberry patch takes place at the bi ginning of the summer, I will have to find out!
