My grandmother invited us to eat at her house on Friday. My dad's brother's cooked they put togetter a Parrillada. Parrillada is basically a Mexican BBQ. In the parrilladas we usually make nopales (cactus salad) with beans, rice, lots of different salsas and either Choriso (type of pork sausage) that is rapped in foil or very thin stakes (we had both). It was awesome food. The also had chicharron, a type of pork rinds that you make tacos with. Even Samantha had some chicharron.
